Alfalfa sprouts are Mississippi defective products

Are you concerned about food safety? It seems we are always hearing about a food product being recalled due to the risk for defective product injuries such as food poisoning. The newest product to get the Mississippi defective product label is alfalfa sprouts.

According to WJTV, alfalfa sprouts sold to Walmart stores in 15 states were from Caldwell Fresh Foods. Mississippi is one of the states which received the alfalfa sprouts that could cause Mississippi defective product injuries such as salmonella.

So far, 22 people in 10 states have suffered from the alfalfa sprouts which could lead to Mississippi defective product injuries such as salmonella poisoning.

Nissan recalls vehicles for Mississippi defective products

Do you think any of our vehicles are safe to drive? With recent recalls for Toyota and Nissan vehicles, consumers must be wondering.

According to WAPT, Nissan is set to recall nearly 50,000 vehicles because of suspension problems, which could cause Mississippi defective product to deliver a very bumpy ride.

Some 2010 Nissan Armadas, Frontiers, Titans, Pathfinders and Xterras and Infiniti QX56 will be covered under the recall.

No Mississippi defective product injuries have occurred as a result of the suspension problems yet.

Memphis auto accident at police station

It’s not uncommon to hear of auto accidents in which drivers crash into buildings or other stationary objects, but it’s not often that that object is a police station. According to WREG, that’s exactly what happened during one Memphis auto accident.

The Memphis auto accident occurred when a 36-year-old woman who is thought to suffer from mental illness crashed her car into a police station twice.

Police suspect the motive was anger, though no more details have been released. The woman does face charges of attempted second-degree murder because they believe the Memphis auto accident was intentional.
