Worker’s death and another’s injury could lead to Memphis worker’s compensation case

Two workers who suffered injuries, one who died, may soon be involved in a Memphis worker’s compensation case.

According to My Eye Witness News, one Memphis Light, Gas and Water worker was killed and another was injured when the utility pole they were working with broke.

The accident which could lead to a Memphis worker’s compensation case occurred near Highway 51.

This accident is the first fatal accident for MLGW employees since 1992, when a worker was hit by a vehicle. The families of the worker who died and the worker who was injured could be involved in a Memphis worker’s compensation case following the accident.
