The family of a middle school child may be bringing a Memphis wrongful death case against the school who they say could have prevented her death.

According to WCMTV, the girl, 13, suffered an injury when she hit her head on a metal pole between a set of double doors. Her family believes school officials could have prevented her Memphis wrongful death by seeking medical attention. This may lead the family to file a Memphis wrongful death suit.
